Order Processing & Fulfillment

We work to deliver your premium mouth fresheners in their freshest condition. To maintain premium quality standards, all orders follow a strict daily dispatch schedule.

⏰ 1:00 PM Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed, packed, and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be handled on the following business day.

Courier pick-ups and deliveries typically start from 6:00 PM onwards depending on the route and local courier distribution center.

We partner with Steadfast Courier, a leading courier network in Bangladesh, to ensure all parcels are handled with care, tracked accurately, and delivered safely to your location.

Delivery Coverage & Fees

We offer nationwide shipping within Bangladesh. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address:

Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 (Estimated delivery time: 1 - 2 business days)
Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 (Estimated delivery time: 2 - 4 business days)

Please note that political disruptions, national holidays, or extreme weather conditions might occasionally cause minor delivery delays. We appreciate your patience in these scenarios.

Order Tracking Details

Once Steadfast Courier registers your parcel, your order details are updated. If you need your courier tracking consignment number to trace the delivery path live on the Steadfast portal, simply drop us a message on WhatsApp or via email, and our support team will provide it immediately.

Transit Damage & Support

We securely bubble-wrap and pack all boxes. However, if your order is received damaged, wet, or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately. Please take clear photographs of the package box and contents, as we need these details to register claims with the courier partner and arrange a free replacement.
